    Indonesia: USD 10.79mn investment to come from DHL

    In 2013, DHL Express (DHL) of Germany intends to make IDR 109bn (EUR

    8.23mn USD 10.79mn) investment into Indonesia. The money is targeted to

    expedite its expansion in the country. Over the previous three years, the

    freight forwarder has invested over EUR 3.10mn (USD 4.07mn) in order to

    improve and expand its existing facilities. The fund will be used for

    means that include gateway relocation in Balikpapan and Medan, to unveil

    another six new retail outlets in Jakarta, to improve its Jakarta

    facility, to unveil new gateways in Denpasar as well as to improve vehicle

    replacement facilities.
